The Decadent Dog is owned and operated by Patti Jessup and Curtis Tysinger. Patti is a former large and giant breed dog groomer and is well aware of the strength a collar should possess to properly handle dogs weighing in excess of 100 lbs.  She specializes in handcrafting martingale and buckle dog collars and velvet leashes for large and giant breed dogs that are as durable as they are beautiful.  Curtis owned and operated a commercial sign business for 25 years. Today in his retirement, he crafts super cute personalized wooden collar and leash holders with "dog butt" hooks for walls to help owners organize their pet accessories. All items are handcrafted in our studio in North Carolina.

Beautiful in every way. The 2” wide collar is too wide for my GSD to wear comfortably because she’s older and has developed a waddle. Getting old sucks! But I am keeping the gorgeous leash, and will gift the collar to a dog that can wear it well. Excellent quality, vibrant, soft materials, fantastic seller / artisan.

Very pleased with this collar - Lightweight and comfortable on my pup but feels very sturdy with the upgraded metal hardware. So far no issues on a 160lb Newfy! Absolutely beautiful design and was shipped quickly. Awesome!
